utmost importance to West. After all, it is these loyal customers who
we ultimately strive to serve best. It is through our support of
customers that we have grown and prospered for over a hundred years. |

West Sanitation is committed to the growth and
support of its franchise operations. It is through our franchisees
that we are able to bring a premier service and product line to
customers. |

Although profit may not be the most obvious value a
company would espouse, it is certainly a necessary one to keep our
service and products strong for our customers and franchises. It is by
staying profitable, that West is able to invent the best technologies
in odor control and provide these products through a premiere service
offered by our franchise operations. |

including its people, products, and services that we are able to best

West supplies their franchisees complete
administration and business support to minimize their need to spend
time on non-productive work. This includes all normal business
functions such as issuing work orders, billing, collections, payroll
services, business reports, etc. In this way the franchisees are able
to devote their entire time to sales, service and customer support.
